By accessing or using Helpr (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Your use of the Service constitutes your full acceptance of these terms. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Description of Service

Helpr provides an AI-assisted statistical computing tool designed to support learning, research, data analysis, and professional development. The Service integrates with RStudio and similar environments to assist users with statistical queries, code generation, and educational exploration.

3. Permitted Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The Service is intended to support legitimate academic learning, independent research, professional data analysis, and personal skill development.

4. Prohibited Use

You agree that you will not use the Service to violate any applicable law, regulation, institutional policy, or third-party agreement to which you are subject. This includes but is not limited to academic integrity policies, honor codes, or examination rules established by any educational institution, employer, or certifying body. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with any rules or policies that govern your use of external tools, software, or resources in your specific context. Helpr does not condone, encourage, or facilitate academic dishonesty in any form.

5. User Responsibility

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for how you choose to use the Service. Helpr provides a general-purpose tool and has no visibility into, control over, or involvement in the specific contexts in which users apply its outputs. The same outputs produced by the Service may be used appropriately or inappropriately depending entirely on the choices of the individual user. Helpr bears no responsibility for consequences arising from a user’s decision to apply the Service in a manner that violates any policy, rule, or agreement governing that user.

6. No Institutional Affiliation

Helpr is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by any university, college, academic institution, or certification body. References to academic or statistical use cases are descriptive of general functionality only and do not imply any institutional partnership or approval.

7. Accounts and Access Tokens

Upon purchase you will receive a unique access token. You are responsible for keeping your token confidential. Do not share your token with others. Any use of the Service under your token is your responsibility. We reserve the right to revoke access tokens at our discretion if we have reason to believe the Service is being misused.

8. Payment and Refunds

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds once access has been granted and your token has been delivered. By completing a purchase you acknowledge that the digital nature of the Service means delivery is immediate and irreversible.

9. Intellectual Property

All code, systems, interfaces, and underlying infrastructure comprising the Service are the proprietary property of Helpr. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, resell, sublicense, or redistribute any part of the Service without express written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. You use the Service entirely at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Helpr and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to academic penalties, disciplinary action, loss of standing, or any institutional consequences resulting from your use or misuse of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Helpr and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights or institutional policies.
