These terms govern your access to and use of statshelpr.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Your continued use of the Service constitutes ongoing acceptance of any updated terms posted to this page.
statshelpr provides an AI-assisted RStudio tool for statistical learning, analysis support, and code generation. The Service is intended as a learning and productivity aid. It is not a substitute for your own understanding, judgment, or compliance with applicable rules and policies.
You must use the Service lawfully and in compliance with any school, employer, testing, or institutional policy that applies to you. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Service is permitted under the rules of your institution or organisation before using it.
statshelpr is designed to support learning and statistical work. It is not intended to facilitate academic dishonesty. You may not use the Service to complete, submit, or represent AI-generated work as your own in violation of your institution's academic integrity or honesty policy; assist another person in doing any of the above; or use the Service during any examination, assessment, or test where AI assistance is prohibited. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with your institution's academic integrity policies. statshelpr takes no responsibility for any academic, disciplinary, reputational, or other consequences arising from how you choose to use the Service. By using statshelpr, you warrant that your use complies with all applicable academic integrity obligations.
You may not use the Service for fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity of any kind; unauthorized account or token sharing; reverse engineering, copying, or redistributing the Service or its underlying code, prompts, or infrastructure; any violation of institutional, professional, or legal policy; or harassment, impersonation, or harm to others.
Access tokens are single-user personal licences. You must not share your token with any other person. You are fully responsible for all activity performed using your token or credentials, whether or not authorised by you.
Payments are processed by our external payment provider. We do not store raw card information on our servers. All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.
All software, prompts, infrastructure, and content behind the Service are proprietary to statshelpr and may not be copied, redistributed, or used to build competing products without express written permission.
The Service is provided on an as-is, as-available basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any output generated, or that outputs will meet your specific academic, professional, or technical requirements. You use outputs from the Service at your own risk and are responsible for verifying their accuracy before relying on them.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for access. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, academic penalties, disciplinary action, loss of opportunity, or reputational harm. We are not liable for any outcome arising from your decision to use the Service in a manner that violates these Terms, your institution's policies, or applicable law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless statshelpr, its operators, owners, affiliates, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use or misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third-party right (including any institutional academic integrity policy), or any claim by a third party (including educational institutions) resulting from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated terms become effective when posted to this page. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. Continued use of the Service after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the State of Texas.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.
We collect account and transaction metadata needed to provide access, enforce device and usage limits, and deliver support.
We use data to authenticate users, process payments through third-party providers, issue tokens, send onboarding emails, and improve reliability.
Payment details are handled by external processors. We do not store complete card numbers or CVV data on our infrastructure.
Requests sent through the assistant are processed to generate responses and may be logged for security, abuse prevention, and operational debugging.
We share data only with vendors needed to operate the product, including payment processing and email delivery services.
We use reasonable technical and operational safeguards, including access controls and transport encryption, to protect service data.
We retain records only as long as needed for account operations, legal obligations, fraud prevention, and support.
For account or privacy requests, contact support by email and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
This policy explains when refunds may be provided for statshelpr purchases.
statshelpr is a digital software product. Access is delivered electronically after successful purchase.
Because access is delivered immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once a token has been issued.
If there is a clear billing error, duplicate charge, or technical fulfillment failure on our side, we may grant a refund after review.
Tokens associated with chargebacks, payment disputes, fraud, or abuse may be suspended or revoked.
For billing or access issues, contact support with your purchase email and order reference so we can investigate quickly.
We may update this policy periodically. Updated terms become effective when posted on this page.
